Fenwick Eagle GT???

Looking at buying an Fenwick Eagle GT fly rod, its right in my price range LOL! Does anybody have any experience with them? Thanks

I can't help you with that rod but I do have 3 other fenwicks and absolutely live them. Bought one last year that broke first day out. Brought it back for a new one under warranty no questions asked, apologies given for the lost time. I'll keep using them!

I have a 6 and an 8 weight Fenwick, I find them to be a pretty decent rod for what you pay for them.

I own a Fenwick Walleye Cast Spin Casting Rod, a HMX Bait Casting Rod, and a HMX 9-1/2' 6 Weight Fly Rod. Fenwick make quality rod's at a great price.

Their service is great also. I broke a rod tip on the tailgate of my pick-up. Told Fenwick my story and the sent me a new rod piece replacement with no questions asked.

I used to fly fish with a 5wt Eagle GT. It was a decent rod, caught many trout on it.

I figured it would be pretty good, haven't heard anything bad about fenwick products. Just wanted some first hand experience first.
