Cabelas vs. Bass Pro' Shop

been 2x to BPS this year and just returned from Cabelas this afternoon and the decision is an overhelming win for BSP, Cabelas sukd xsept fer the attendance of Mrs. Izumi, BSP is a real event to go to and Cabelas was, in typical E-town fashion, yet another gathering place for the mouth breathing-nascar hat wearing-4stroke/cummins/duramax-we need do'ers not thinkers crowd:fighting0030:

What's wrong with 4strokes? No 4strokes at BPS?? I don't get it. I've driven 4strokes all my life. I thought they were cool.

I like going to Cabela's way better than Walmart. Theres people there trying to help and some cool animals to look at. BPS is better in my opinion but its also a 5 hour round trip so the 15 mins to Cab's ain't so bad. Still spending my big money at the south side Fishin' Hole. Kevin gets my money before any other store on big ticket items.

It's nice going to a small store with everything I need and be on a first name basis with the staff.

Maybe someone should start a Cabela's thread
