Rawson Lake, Up the Hiking Trail at Upper K

Fishing at Rawson i know there is cutty's. but what do thet seem to bite, me and my aunty were there all day last weekend and not even a bite, and we saw this other guy that caught 3 in 15 min!:confused: any tips appreciated

I was up last Saturday and had a pretty good day. I had the most success using marabou leaches. I also had some luck on small chironomid patterns and other small nymphs like pheasent tails and gold ribbed hare's ear (like about a 14 or 16.).

If you don't fly fish and only spin fish, try picking up one of those adjust-a-bubble bobbers and add a few of the above mentioned flies to your tackle box. In small lakes like Rawson I almost always have better luck fly fishing.
