Im getting wore out trying to find a Tilley hat up close and personal that i can try on and actually handle.
I can get them on line but all the leads i get on where to buy in Edmonton turn out to be no good.
Anybody know for sure who carries them? Hopefully a good selection.
Google isnt my friend on these hats.

Greylynx,
Are you referring to the Wildbird General Store on 99 street and about 49 Ave?

Have you tried a store called "Headcase" somewhere on Whyte Ave.?
They might have them as well.

Yup tried most of the hat stores including Headcase.
Will check out wild bird.
Also just heard that a store on 109 st and 102 ave called the Geo Travel store has them.
Youd think a world famous hat (Tilley)made in Canada by Canadians would be more available in Canada.
There kinda like Buck knives and Zippo lighters, lifetime warrantee.
Wouldnt have been caught dead a few years ago wearing one but im old now and there practical so i dont care what i look like.:) Thanks folks.

You need to factor shipping into the price of your tilley, just sent mine in for a new one. 14 bucks shipping from my end and 7.50 from their end, so 21 and change for replacement. I get about 2 yrs of hard summer use, but because they're so darn ugly I've been buying others to change things up. Kinda cheating on my tilley.

Wholesale Sports on St. Albert Trail/Yellowhead had them last year, so I looked 'em up just now online.

That's where I'm going to get mine.

Well just in case anyone else needs to know. WSS north side has a few but not to much to pick from if you want a certain style.
Went by the store on 109st and 102ave (Eco-Travel Uni-Globe) and it was closed but you can see there huge selection in the windows,so if your fussy about which style and color and size id say this store is the place who will have it in Tilley's. Ill be going there next week for sure. Thanks all for the help.

When I worked there, and for many years after I know that Val Berg's on 111 and at 57 ave had them. Give them a call and see if you want the south side. They carry the entire Tilly line as well, pants shirt etc.......

What do tillys sell for these days? I've got one that I've used a few times and have no complaints. Waterproof, keeps the sun off and apparently floats. I just don't wear it very often. If it is a rainy day I'll wear my cowboy hat just because I feel sexier - lol :P

They run from $69 to almost $80 depending on model. Its the last one you have to buy. There guaranteed for life.
I bought mine today at the Uni-Globe place. All the colors there including the new navy blue ones.
