Fishing no good

Were done in southern Alberta one hour south of medicine hat at 40 mile redo or and the perch biting like crazy. No walleye or pike biting wondering if anyone having same problem would it be because it 32 degrees.

For me, fishing really slowed down just over a month ago. Same places, same hooks, just not the same results. I've noticed it actually slightly picking up just lately though.
