opinions on these rod and reel combos

Hi, I was at the fishing hole last night, and was looking for a cheap rod and reel combo for trout fishing, here are the 2 that I'm interested in, after the discount both come to around 37 bucks which should I chose, and do you guys have any other suggestions? here are the two got directly from the website. Those will work fine .. u can upgrade as you see fit later but those are fine . remember you can catch Big Trout on most rods/reels . its how you set your drag and fight them plus the hook set. 38804
