Had an awesome 2 nights of fishing!

First, Friday night, went out with the family on Winagami Lake. Nothing really spectacular, but nice and steady. Beautiful calm evening and we had fun just being out on the boat.

I lived in high prairie most of my life, used to fish the rocks at that lake alot. That lake goes through really good fishing to bad fishing depending on the year. Glad to see walleye can still be caught there, good job.

.........and went out again on WL this evening - NOTHING! :scared:

Water was choppy and was chilly, thought it would be a great night to hook into some pike. Bust.

Oh well, headed to Snipe Lake on Sat with a good buddy and the wives to try to get that elusive 20 lber!

That lake is some what of a fishermans secret still, my dad prefers that lake over slave. Nice size pike/walleye and jumbo whites. I think the other side of the lake from the day camp area is sapose to be best. Anyway good luck out there. Let us know how you do.

It is a Cobra! And your right on bout it being a klunker, but its got a nice strong motor and its all I could ask for to get me out on the water! I have never minded fishing out of junkers! :lol:

i.ve got a 90 evinrude on mine , have wanted to buy a new boat for years but every spring it fire right up and never gives trouble . the boat itself is solid and handles big waves really good so i just keep using it . yours is the first one i have seen like it .

by the way , nice fish !!!
