Going to be in Red Deer for 3 weeks on some work related training. Sitting in the hotel will get old fast. If I drag up my fishing gear is there a member willing to show a guy a spot or two. Will bring my spinning and fly gear. Or just meet for a steak and cold beer somewhere.

There is some really good spots just down from the bridge.

Check out the spot in Blackfalds where the Blindman runs into the Red Deer. Everything from whites to pike and walleyes in that spot.
