Ok guys, Dad has decided to get a new trailer, so unfortunately his present one is up for grabs.

Now I haven’t got all the details at this point, but I believe it will be priced under $4,000, is in decent shape, and is very comfortable.

We have used this trailer for the past 10 years or so and I can promise you that there is not another trailer that has such a wonderful floor plan. we have slept up to 4 comfortably, we have fed 10 people at once (Inside) and entertained with up to 12 guys at once.

That has been the big problem with finding a new one, we have not been able to find such a versatile floor plan.

Dad has maintained it over the years and I would have no issues in purchasing it myself if I had the need.

I will be taking pics in the next few days, but thought I would give everyone a heads up before it hits kijji ECT ECT.

Trailer is located in Sundance and I can be reached directly at
403-813-2704.

I will have more details in the coming days and yes this is a older trailer, but it more than does the job, shows no leaks to speak of and works like a charm for a hunting camp situation. Everything works with the exception of the oven. (And I think it just needs one part)

Please call me if you have any questions.
Thanks
Jamie Hunt

Ok, so here is the deal. This unit was checked by a potential buyer and no issues came up. The buyer backed out due to "Hail damage". But it shows no worse hail damage than any other trailer that is stored outside. Like I said, no leaks and surprise to me, the oven does work.

Dad is asking $3,000 for the trailer and can be viewed in south Calgary.

If you notice in the second picture, that table comes out of the wall and with the leaf you can sit 7 comfortably for dinner.

This trailer has only been used for one or 2 trips a year for the past 6 years or so.
The roof was rolled and water proofed 2 in 2010. Tires are good and everything works.
As well the hitch and sway bars are included.

Like I said, perhaps the best layout I have seen for a trailer.

What year is it and when were the bearings and brakes serviced last? Is it also pet and smoke free?

Hey guys. It is a 1984. Not smoke free, not pet free. But well taken care of, doesn't smell and works great.
I will get the other answers in the am. However I believe it was all taken care of in the last 2 years.

brakes and bearings can be done for less than 200 bucks an axle.

Ok, just got the answer, yes the bearings were done in the last few years.
Like I said, this trailer has been taken care of. Good rubber as well.

Sorry , I know you have been answering lots of questions, but do you have the weight of the unit? Trying to determine if my truck is rated for that size/weight

J man. Not sure of the weight, but we have always hauled if 1/2 ton Chevys. No issues. I will see if I can get it figured out.
