Wilson item #801230 is the cell booster and the mount is #301148
I have opened the booster it self and used for a few months but with a tower being put up in the area i no longer have a use for it. The mount is still sealed. Everything is in perfect condition. This booster kit comes with the cigarette lighter for power and an external magnet mount antenna. The links below describe it better.

The mount actually plugs directly into the booster.
