Tikka not ejecting.

My wifes cousin has a tikka. He phones and says it's not ejecting and knows I tinker with guns... so he comes over. I take a fired brass and chamber it and it goes in and the bolt closes nice. Pull the bolt open and the brass tries to eject and bounces back in. his scope is mounted way forward and the ring is in the middle of the ejection port. After fixing this issue and mounting the scope right I wonder why it was like that. I tell him to mount the gun and lets see. The LOP is way too short for him. He is going to get a slip on pad to try and see if it fits better. And for my trouble I got supper out of the deal. Sweet.

First time I have had a Tikka in my gun room. Nice lookin guns!
