it's been fairly good. Use minnows to catch better fish and keep the little ones away. The bay at the resort is good and also out from the Summer Village in about 18- 25 ft of water

Nope, no perch in Burnstick, never was.

Nah, brett drilled it, if you fish hard should come out with a limit of 10+ inchers

Would you guys recommend Burntstick over Cow? Always meant to visit Burntstick, but Cow has kind of become my winter fishing home.

Long way from cowtown just for some perch. Burnstick has nicer scenery but cow probably has way more action, in terms of numbers.

I usually stay for a few days over at Crimson if I go fishing the Cow.

Aaaah. Good hunting just north of there! Lots of fishing around, next time, go right past twin (stupid lake) and go west, youll find lots of good lakes, jackfish, harlech pond, goldeye lake, fish lake, etc. Heard north or south down the trunk road and theres another handful.

How is the fishing at Buck Lake? I always see the sign when I'm leaving Rocky but I've never thought to check it out.

It's good, theres some massive perch and whitefish in there, plus you can kill a walleye 43cm and up. I've gone out 3 times this year and no problem getting a legal walleye.
