Just came from WSS North Edmonton. I'm not sure if they are advertising the sale but they gave me a little coupon book at the gun counter.

10% off firearms, Oct 3-9
30% cammo clothing, Oct 10-16
10% binos and spotting scopes, Oct 17-23
10% ammo (excluding skeet, trap, and target loads), Oct 24-30

All coupons apply to regular priced items only.

10% isn't huge but it pushed me to buy the Savage .17HMR that I've been thinking about.

Nope, did not get that impression at all. Each times I asked about a different model of the Savage, thefellow would go to the back and take a long time to return as he claimed he was sorting through piles of guns. He had every configuration on hand so they must have stocked up for the sale.

Although I've been less than impressed with their customer service in the past, they actually have decent selection. Their prices were best in town on a number of firearms that I've compared. i would have shopped at the independent gun store but they didnt have the right model.

Just trying to inform the masses and help others save a buck if they want. It's not the world's best sale but every little bit helps. I don't work for them and have nothing to gain.

Doesn't much matter to me where people buy their guns or what they pay. Personally, I would have paid a few extra bucks to buy from a small shop because the customer service is usually worth it. They just didn't have what I needed.

I don't post a message about bussiness' just my own personal exsperince , they couldn't give me a gun at whatever thier prices are. Have had nothing but bad service and information everytime I walk in and talk to the gun counter . Asked if they had anything in a youth centre fire varmit gun in 204,223,222 .... and I was given three all in the wrong calibre. Was then told to go to cabelas and check what they had.

The coupon book I got does not state that it is only valid at a certain location. Assuming you can get a coupon book from them, you shouldn't have any problem.

I'd suggest calling first.

I purchased a leupold scope there a couple weeks ago... If the second one rang up at the price the first one did.. I would have bought every one of them in the store! I love my $69 Leupold vx-II!!! :sHa_shakeshout:
