Browning A5 barrel

I just got a browning A5 that is in exellent shape from is from the fifties in 12 ga. The shotgun only takes 2 3/4 shells and I was wondering about getting a barrel that will handle steel shot, what would be my best bet for getting hold of one? Any other advice on cleaning or maintenance would also be appreciated as well.

Is it a Full Choke???.... if so you may be better off having a good gunsmith modify the existing barrel/choke situation....

Yes it does have a full choke, Any gunsmiths you would recommend?
