I have a Ruko 3-9x40 scope that I think is 20+ years old. Was trying to zero the rile it's on the other day and I find I am unable to turn the windage knob at all. I took the ring off of the top and tried moving it with a screw driver but it's stuck real good, elevation is fine though.

I did a little looking and it seems to me that Ruko is out of the scope business so I'm wondering if it's possible to get something like this repaired third party? Anyone have a recommendation for someone to talk to?

Spend $250 on a 3200 Bushnell.

Your Ruko aint worth fixing BTW.

Ruko made scopes?

If it is +20 years old..you are money ahead already.
Reward yourself with a new scope from a decent optics company.
