Thinking of picking up a remington M887 tomorrow at Cabelas. Starting to get sketched out about them by the reviews I have been reading on the web. Anyone have any experience with them if so what do you think ?

Have you handled many? Not great. A Nova in black synth will run you $499 at WSS.

Remington seems to be taking so quality control knocks these days, I'm not sure I would be a low end Remington.

Im a remington guy and there is no way id buy one, plastic POS if you ask me. I think shooting 3.5 inch shells out of it would probably turn your shoulder to ground meat. Cant go wrong with a wingmaster.

Yeah as my buddy who works in a hunting store selling guns says "dam peice of tupperware"

I bought myself a Benelli Nova and love it!

Bought my self a benelli nova instead p.o.s is exactly what the 887 was
