Where to go?Snipe,Slave, Winagami

Howdy all,
Trying my best to line up one last open water trip with wife and kids.
Wondering if anyone has suggestions to any of the three lakes in the title.
Kids are young, so lots of action is much more important than size.
I was thinking Walleye at Lesser Slave, as jigging would be best with our gear and boat size.
Thanx for any advice in advance.

Lesser Slave has slowed waaaaay down for walleye the past month or so.

Winagami was HOT for pike up until the middle of Sept. but has slowed down too.

I think you're a little too late in the year if you want fast action, its never as good this time of year as in May - July.

I haven't heard any reports from Snipe in quite some time though....never know....
