View Full Version : One More Good One Before Freeze Up

Went out for an evening fish tonight. the boatman were slower, only taking a couple smaller fish. thought i'd switch over to the sink tip and a bh leech thats also been good the past few weeks. hooked a decent fish that took me well into my backing. bonus. quite possibly the last good fish on the fly this season before the ice starts forming. good times.

i dunno what those marks on that fish were. it was one of the littler guys i caught and i know the little bug hanging out of the corner of his mouth didn't do it. maybe scars from a three treble rap that raked his face one day? dunno?

Kinda looked like merganser or pelican teeth to me.
