For me its whatever is closest, so at 50km its rainbows, if I want to ice fish pike its darn close to 100km to a lake with pike in it, but to catch number it needs to be 200 to 300 km, a good hunting area here but sure not a good fishin area lol

lots of pike around. bunch of us usually meet on the ice a couple times a winter, or more you will have to give it a shot
