Clam Corp Customer Service

Bought a brand new Clam Voyager recently, had some issues with some hardware on it, anyways contacted Clam Corp and after a few emails and pics they are sending new hardware, great customer service, very easy to deal with. Thumbs up to Clam.

I have had great experience in the past with Clam Corp and there customer service. Last winter I purchased a Clam Kenai when they went on sale for $189 at BPS. After on 3 times out on the ice the blackout spray thats attached to the tent fabric flaked off. I took several pictures of the problems and had a brand new tent sent to me within one week. They did make me cut the logos off the old one and remove a 6inch section of zipper and send pics to prove that too!!!
