the best 2 man ice shack is a 4 man. you will appreciate the extra room. I like my ice cube from C Tire, HT also makes a good smaller shack as well.

x2. I fished in my 4 man with 2 people all weekend and it can get cramped for space once you get chairs, heater, gear, fish, cooler, etc. more room is better.

I thought you were wanting to build it for the fun of building as well as using it. I will talk to my old man and see what he thinks would be a fair price for it.

We built it originally as a project for me and the old man to enjoy building together and then fishing out of it.
