Velvet Deduction?

Is their deductions for velvet for Pope and Young record books? I know they allow velvet antlers to entered but not sure if there is a deduction.

P&Y accepts velvet entries in a seperate category. B&C requires you strip the velvet.

No deductions for velvet. Everything is scored exactly the same as hard horned.
