Big Bend Market in Red Deer for Deer Sausage

Took my buck from this year into Big Bend Market on the North end of Red Deer. Dropped my deer off whole with a bunch of ground deer from last year. Ended up with 108 lbs ground. Took no time at all and I had 36 lbs of smokies, 36 lbs of garlic ring and 30 lbs of honey garlic pepperoni. All they sausage tastes fantastic and the price was great. All came vaccum sealed in good portions.


Hats off to Big Bend Market for their great fast work. Will be back next year guys.

thanks for the heads up, i am looking for a good place in red deer right now. I will try them now.

took my frozen moose trim in October 28th, they put it in the cooler, said they would start tuesday or wednesday and should be ready friday the 4th or monday the 7th.
Called Nov 16th, not done, in cooler.
Called Nov 22nd, they said they finished it Nov 18th, just had not called yet.
Picked it up :happy0034:on the taste,
just took longer than I thought it should have..

I'll use them again for my deer trim.

i'm looking forward to tasting some deer that my friend had made, wasn't the greatest experience though, the butcher turned away my deer cause he said it was to small after he already accepted it and he quoted my friend 140-160 for his whitetail and i specifically heard him say "that's for all your steaks and pepperoni" but maybe he just mispoke and it ended up being 300 for that and 400 for his muley he was pretty ****ed when he heard that from his girlfriend after she picked it up he said he's gonna go talk to the manager, lets at least hope it's delecious!

it's in the same building as the sportsmans den if i remember correctly if not it's one of the ones beside it.
