Just wondering if we have any ice thickness numbers to report?

McGregor yesterday was about 3-4 inches solid ice by the dam... middle of the lake still open.

I was going to check today...but had to do some work around the house. Maybe tomorrow. I am guessing...5 inches near shore...3 inches in the middle...+/- 2 inches.

I think that would be about right. Mahogany is pretty thing still, mind you more exposed... too bad there is no fish in mah. yet

Our micro climate makes it harder to predict thickness compared to surrounding lakes but it does help give us all a starting point.

The 5º+ temps and sunny weather predicted for Tuesday-Wednesday may thin that a bit.
