i've ice fished at the oldman river in the northfork picnic grounds by cowley ab,with no luck.has anyone fished there with some pointers,bait,tip ups,hooks etc

Jig head with a minnow, bounce it on the bottom, or let it sit just off the bottom. If your night fishing use a good glow jig head...
