Mule deer zone 242

[Whitetail slayer]

Hi new to the area was wondering what priority it takes to draw a mule deer buck tag in zone 242,and if there is any deer in it,getting permission ect. Thanx for any info.

Zone was very poor for quality last year, I would look more towards Veg for mule deer/whitetail.
