Went last week and ice was about 10-11 inches. Did well on prawn, worms and velvetta. Jigging a tiny jig with some bait on worked well and also on small hooks on pickerel rigs.

I was just there today and it was a beautiful day. Ice was thick but the fin-bore auger made it a breeze.
Used only red worms, 5 suckers and 2 fair size rainbows. We fished the shallow part mainly near the shore-line and only at about 15'.
South end of the lake is busy with people but not overly crowded.
Good luck.

Was also there today, managed 4 rainbows. Velvetta, shrimp, and powerbait all got their share of bites. Overall a slow day, but nice to be out on the ice.
