anyone been to grassy

anyone been out to grassy. i assume about 8" ice. any reports on bite goin on. just wondering if its worth the trip yet

Nate was there the other day.. he told me he saw a fair amount of open water, and about 8" where he fished.

8" on the west at most more like 5-6" average I would say.

Didn't even mark a single fish out there though yesterday. 3 guys fishing and 2 flashers going and probably 50 or so holes. We took a rip around the lake and the east end dam had open water spots and so did the boat launch.

yikes thats scary, hope we get some colder weather around here. can't believe i just said that lol.

Keep wishing for the colder weather.

I checked the forecast earlier today and it is saying above 0 weather for the next 2 weeks or so.

Guys might be out in boats in January if this warm weather and wind keeps up.

was at grassy on sat, 1st light till dark, ice is 5 or 6 inches, quite a few open water spots, had about 6 tiny nibbels missed them all,
