i have been courious of pine lake cuz of the blue/green algy over the summer and the ammout of fish that died.

ive tryed burntstick in the summer and i never got anything big enough to keep out of it.

what type of set up would you recommed to get the pike?

The last 4 times to Pine Lake I have been skunked. Fished the north end, by scottys, and the south. Not sure I'll be back this winter if I don't have to

the blue green algae only thinned out a few walleye. I was talking to a couple of guys yesterday and they were only catching pike. Not sure where they were but they said it was good fishing

^^haha.
Theres some big pike in there its not loaded with pike but there are pike in there. brown trout that got into the pond from the river and used to be stocked with bows. im guessing there could be walleye and other gamefish too from the RDR but mainly just suckers came in.

worm on bottom, my method of choice. dickson trout pond is a good spot if you need suckers with a chance at rainbows
