Have fished rainbows lots at night usually the bite is good and you get the whole lake to your self.

hrmm, never night fished before but it's time to try it. any special lures? glowing or lighted or just stay with the typical stuff?

I would go with some glow jig-heads and a minnow as this will work great for the walleye and burbot at night. Just bring a small but bright LED light to charge the jig-head every ten minutes or so.

we have had some luck with berkley frenzy rattlers in the first hour of full dark. we have never stayed out much longer than that . can suggest minnow on glow head and rattler in close proximity the good old bait and switch tight lines. givem h***

For walleye at night run a tipup with a 10 pound mono leader and a number 6 with a 5 or 6 Inch smelt or anchovie. Have fun all night. N
