There are a mess of gadgets on the market these days, and this is one.
This equipment was the brain child of one of the guys in the club that was discouraged about having to shoot the rabbits he practiced on for big game, as he didn't like eating them.
Sooo, he devised the first ever, very hi-tech "catch and release " arrow.
issues abounded with the first attempts, arrow spine being one, trajectory being another - in short, complete failure.
HOWEVER research and development continues, and yes it was designed by an engineer!:D
