Sinclair lake? And how is Sturgeon Lake

Has anyone ever fished Sinclair Lake which is near Hythe, north west of Grande Prairie? The alberta fishing guide lists it but I've never talked to anyone who's been there.
Also, is there good fishing for burbot and other fish at Sturgeon Lake right now?
