me and my buddy want to head out and get some icefishing in this weekend and we were wondering what the best lakes were as for thick ice

With the weather we have had this week I think most of the lakes should be good to go in Southern Alberta.

Are you going to be driving or walking out?

I am not a fan of driving on so what I think is good ice may not be enough for someone else that drives on.

Go to PCR. You'll catch some fish and you dont have to drive on to do it.
