Gull Lake today

Had a great day at Gull caught a few whites . Lots of small perch no keepers
We also saw some pike cruising through our holes caught one ,on a wire worm. The beast somehow nipped my finger never felt it but soon saw
blood dripping on the ice . My fishing partner and me were in the same
white fish run .So when one of us missed a fish you got advance warning .
One high - one low . We had a lot of fun .I can't wait until Saturday rolls around

no problem with ice its around 14" -16 "

we also saw some burbot go through

Hey Wayne, let me know when your coming north and I'll try and meet you out there. If your specifically wanting to the burbs, wait till the end of Feb and we'll go hit the spawning grounds. I've got some good spots from last year...;)

We were in the 10-12 foot range........with weeds to the one side
but we had a clear sand bottom . Punched numerous holes to find clear bottom
