I have four ice fishing tents. 2 ice cubes, a pack shack, and a clam nanook. I have had nothing but problems with all these. What is a good quality tent to purchase that will last longer than a couple of uses without thing breaking!!!
I'm not really concerned about the cost i just want something decent.
The clam has been ok but the plastic clips that release the poles keep breaking.

I have a bone collector hunting ground blind which i use for ice fishing and hunting but this my second year with it and havent had one problem and on the case it has backpack straps incase you have to walk out on the ice.

That's a lot of stock! Lol. Looking to sell any?

I used to have a first year Eskimo hub tent, never had any issues, except the plastic windows cracked...just added extra venting, so not really a bad thing.

I've used Frabill for years. I had an issue with one of the posts on the tent and they sent me a new tent free of charge. They seem to work great for me.

i have had these for 20 years work great just had to put in bigger zipper then they are fine.. a coleman heater works excellent with the 2 legs 46363

if the sun hits them you are hot

If you take your pack shack and get rid of the chair it is built on, then put the tent part on a good quality folding chair then the pack shack isn't bad. My pack shack broke after 2 uses but after replacing the chair its held up for 2 seasons with no problem.

It's still not my favorite tent to use, but it is useful when I don't want to carry a heavy tent.

The Eskimo 949 seems to be a pretty sturdy unit as well I think
