Cochrane Lake

Has any one ice fished this lake, is it worth while going. I google mappped it but it was not evident how to access it.

correct me if iam wrong but i heard that there is to cochrane lakes, one just north of the town and one by pincher creek. if there is only one and its just north of the town, like said before there are no fish in it.

There are 2 Cochrane lakes. The one in the regs is down south (Pincher creek area?). Look at the lat/long in the regs. This one has fish in it.

The one by Cochrane is a slue and is fishless. Unfortunately, the Barry Mitchell guide has gotten their info wrong and refers to the lake near Cochrane as the 'Cochrane lake' in the regs.
