Met up with a couple ol' buddies today, beautiful weather, great day on the lake, we all got a good haul of humpers.

Just finished cleaning them. In all honesty I would love to post it, but I was sworn to secrecy before I was taken out. It was a couple hrs north of Edmonton but well worth the drive.

These look like -north - of Westlock - in the - bush - lake - fish. Not really blown out with eggs yet, and they will be good eating. Everyone thought that the Cross Lake area lakes winter killed. there was some die off, but not really bad, and that only helps the survivors with more food supply.

very nice catch off perch....personaly i have never caught 1 and am looking forward to sundance to try out my skills. keep posting pics there beautiful fish:sHa_shakeshout:

Ya man, that thing got a hump! I was out with my son today (9) and he showed dad up. We had a blast. I was just looking at another thread of a football and I gotta say wow! There are still some good fish around here, nice to see. Congrats on the hog!!!
