the boss woundered why one of his most valued employees had not phoned in sick one day.having a urgent problem with one of the main computers,he dialed the employees home phone numberand was greeted with a childs whisper "hello"
"is your daddy home?"he asked
"yes" whispered the small voice
"may i talk to him?"
"no" whispered the child
surprised and wanting to talk to a adult the boss asked "is your mommy there?"
"yes"
"may i talk to her"
agian the small vioce whispered "no"
hopeing there was someone with whom he could leave a message the boss asked"is there anyone there?"
"yes" whispered the child "a policeman"
woundering what a cop would be doing at his employees homethe boss asked "may i talk to the policeman?"
"no he's busy" whispered the child
"busy doing what"
"talking to mommy daddy and the fireman" came the whispered answer
growing more worried as he heard a loud noise in the background through the earpiece the boss asked "what's that noise?"
"a helicopter"answered the child
"whats going on there?" demanded the boss
whispering the child answered "the search team just landed in a helicopter"
alarmed and concernd and more that a little fustrated the boss asked "what are they searching for?"
still whispering the youg vioce replied with a giggle.........ME
