Anyone been fishing at Payne recently?

Wondering how the ice is and would it be safe enough for me to drive my quad onto.

Would like to fish out by the island but not to anxious to walk that far.

Theres a good solid 10 inches infront of the boat launch and a little thicker on the east end, a few quads were out on the ice today.
