Eastslope Kayak Fishing Classic

The Eastslope Kayak Fishing Classic is a part of the Canadian Kayak Anglers.com’s cross Canada tournament series and is held annually at Gleniffer lake in the Red Deer area of Alberta.It is a chance for anglers of all skill levels to participate in a catch,photograph and release kayak fishing tournament.The EKFC is unique in that it takes place on two adjacent bodies of water, Glennifer lake and Dicksons Pond, allowing for a multiple species tourney. Although the tournament is primarily for kayak anglers it is eco-friendly and open to all forms of human powered craft.With the help of our generous sponsors we have been able to create a prize pool of quality products.The EKFC is a great kayak fishing event both competitively and socially for anglers to enjoy and help grow the sport of kayak fishing.
