Pretty good day so far on Wab out by Fallis...fish cops came by and gave us all barbless jigs for playing by the rules :)

Got a message recently from another member who got an 18lber on another part of the lake too :cool:

How about the derby...anybody know how that's going?

That was a beauty andy. Your 2 fish the last 2 days have been a huge hit here in wisconsin. Can't tell you how many times I've heard "wow, its bigger than his son"

I fished off of Fallis today and the day started off painfully slow. It wasn't till the end of the day when the sun came out that the action went crazy and went through a pack of herring in a hour. Saw lots of nice solid sized pike on the camera and caught them on large herring and also saw a huge burbot that was lightly biting the herring but swam off. The burbot was big enough that the tail was right in front of the camera while biting the hook in the hole that was over 3ft away!
