crawling valley

wanna head out there tomorrow.....never ice fished there.......do i go to north end? what do i use?
dont wanna drive on...kinda scared.......i fished the south rocky end in summer...thats it......i dont have a fish finder or camera.....just a gerneral location would b nice...and what to try....and i will post how i did if someone helps me.... ;D

lots of ice today drove on the south end . had action just no hookups . about 2 feet of ice where we drilled , didn't go past the pressure ridge that crosses the lake

SE end around the islands,less than 10ft of water and you should catch some pike.
Smelts.....
