I haven't been there for a while. Last time I was there pulled out a rainbow around 6lbs. I have caught them there on corn and power bait. Some guys have used cheese, cheese popcorn, maggots. There are many threads on here about this lake. Search them, and you will find more helpful info.

Havent been there since first week of January but any thing with a meal worm on it worked awesome tried other bait but the meal worm out performed everything 5-1.

Just got home, 3 hrs of fishing, 4 of us, limited out and tossed a bunch of small ones back. 1 of the 4 had never been ice fishing and he (7 yrs old) was pumped as he caught the first and the biggest.

As for bait, we use a piece of cooked shrimp and we tip the hook with a salmon egg.

Yes there are. Unsure of exact numbers, but they provide many hours of enjoyment when the trout don't want to come out and play. I usually caught them there in 8-12ft if water.
