Martins are very good bows. I have owned 3 of them with no problems. None of them were Bengals though

I owned one last year, awesome bow. Mathews like specs for less money. It was quick, really quick but was a little loud (by todays standards anyways). Was a bit big to carry in the bush, a little more recoil than other bows as well. But was very accurate and very fast.
? never owned one................but from the Martin website Martin Bengal voted “Best Value of the Year” (Arrow Trade Magazine 2007)
Never owned any Martins (yet) but I've got a 08 Martin Moab coming to me in the mail.

Thanks for the info guys, does anyone know if you have to use a release with this bow or can you just use your fingers.:)

ATA is 32". That is short...not condusive to using fingers (severe angle causes finger pinch)........So you should use a release for this bow or suffer your fingers.

can it still pinch your fingers if you have leather finger gloves on.
