Anyone on Gull or pigeon today?
How accessible was the lake?
I'm hoping to get out Sunday morning, but still deciding where to go.
I would like to drive my stock 1/2 ton 4x4 right out there, but I'm not opposed to strapping on the snow shoes if need be.
Thanks in advance.

Better have 4x4 now . Especially if they both got all this snow . Was on Gull 2 weeks ago and there was over 2 feet of ice .

Was on Gull until 4 yesterday. No problem getting on. I would imagine the wind has blown most of the snow away. Just watch some of the drifts. Will be there again in the a.m.
Was on Gull this AM, no problem. BEL

Spent the better part of the day at Gull, ice is fine. Snow was blowing good, but had no problems getting on or off the lake.

Allow me to answer my own question.
Went to Gull today and the snow wasn't an issue. Even saw a car on the lake!
It started out slow, but I ended up seeing about 9 or 10 whites. (I had a real close look at 5 of them). Didn't see any pike, perch or ling, but I certainly am not complaining. I was off the lake with a bucket of fish by noon, and when I got home the driveway was already shoveled. What more could I ask for?:)
