We just got a load of sausage back from Gourmart yesterday and spent a few hours packaging the smokies and hanging up the rest to dry. We got:
pizza/mozzarella smokies
italian smokies
dried italian sausage
dried honey garlic sausage
dried pepperoni
The dried sausage will hang for another week, but all varieties have been tested and approved!:love:
