Sausage Party(pics)

We just got a load of sausage back from Gourmart yesterday and spent a few hours packaging the smokies and hanging up the rest to dry. We got:
pizza/mozzarella smokies
italian smokies
dried italian sausage
dried honey garlic sausage
dried pepperoni
The dried sausage will hang for another week, but all varieties have been tested and approved!:love:

How did the pizza/mozzarella smokies turn out? They sound good, I would like to try to find a recipe for those.

NSB, I didn't get any of the p/m smokies for myself, but my two buddies got 66# of them. I just don't care for the cheese in my sausage, just my personal taste. However, they are very tasty and of excellent quality!
