if the hides are still good on the coyotes but i can't get a buyer come late march, can you skin them and freeze them till next year?

Yes . You could even skin and stretch and then freeze if you got enough room. Ive done it with beaver i cant imagine why it wouldnt work on coyotes

I recommend skinning, fleshing and drying. Once the hides are dried in the raw they will last a long time. Keep them in a cool dry place where no bugs can get at them and they will last until next year. I've done this many times. You can skin them and freeze them, but fleshing is a royal pain after they have been frozen a while.
