So here are some pictures of my elk I shot back in January with the antlers repaired. Some of you were interested to see what the repair job would look like. I had it done at Foothills taxidermy, and it looks great. I have asked a bunch of people if they notice anything different about the horns, and they can't tell. Dave is amazing at what he does. I scored the elk as a non-typical with the added points and he grosses 390 and 5/8 gross, and 379 net. We also found some old trail camera pictures of him from 2008, so this is his third set of antlers since then, and people have found the other two sets from the last two years. Pretty neat to see how they grow.
