^^^ not really. it keeps a little more quiet now as it has been banned so many times i think it is getting the point. its much quieter than it used to be....and way less gaga babble.

No you arent allowed to create another account. In some cases after a time out there has been times where a users account has been un-banned. Some people like Boberama come back and play nice. Other cases like Justin C they come back and burn their second chance and get banned again.
