Late season moose hunt

Thinking of picking up an undersubscribed moose tag next year to build my priority a little. But can't choose between 524 528 520 I've hunted two out of three of the zones never hunted 528 just wondering how anyone's made out in those zones especially 528 late season and even early season. Picking up an undersubscribed alone won't build your priority you also have to "999" it, as for the 500 zones I've been hearing the populations are way down, but you never know!

I think he is saying that he want's to pick up an undersubscribed so that he can hunt moose and still build priority by 9ing his draw.
